At Thoughtwell Creative Co., we honour the creative process and believe in building thoughtful, high quality work that speaks to the deepest needs of your business.
Through relationships and our unique discovery process, we gain a deep understanding of who you are and how to serve your needs in a way that is right for you. We’re for listening and learning — teaching not telling. We’re for creativity, not cookie cutter, and we choose right over easy. We value kindness and goodness and respect for all humans.
In 2014, we created and launched Dote Magazine to fulfill a creative urge, this introduced us to an exciting and bustling entrepreneurial world. As we saw Dote’s success grow and build, we felt a new direction build and grow along with it. We recognized that all the creative love and joy we were pouring into Dote, could be better served going toward the small businesses we were featuring.
So we pivot! We are taking all the heart we spent on Dote and giving it to you. 2020 will see us put everything we’ve got into Thoughtwell Creative - a creative agency born of a passion for helping small businesses thrive.
As the creators of Dote Magazine, we have creativity, design, and strategy on lock and want to share that with our clients!

We are passionate about print and publications and can create materials that align with your brand image and add value to what you’re doing. With the skills to design a wide variety of print materials, we will choose a medium that will best reflect your message.
Coaching + Consulting
With a 15-year background in small business coaching, we are excited to dig in to your business one-on-one. Offering sessions from 2 hours to 2 hours/month for a year, we will talk through your business plan, set goals with achievable action steps, and provide proprietary business worksheets to help work through every step. Running a business can be lonely and isolating. We have great listening ears and can be a sounding board for the trials that inevitably come with running a business - just call us your business BFFs!
